SMS Terms

Lamp & Light Creative may send SMS/text messages for conversational, appointment, service, quote, consultation, project, support, and follow-up purposes. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Lamp & Light Creative. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, we will send a confirmation message and stop sending SMS messages unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP or contact us at info@lampandlightcreative.com. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.

Acceptable Use

Need a monthly payment option?

Ask about a monthly payment plan for your project. We agree the scope, full project price, initial payment, number of installments, and due dates before work begins. Project payments end when the agreed balance is paid; ongoing care is a separate service.

Klarna options may also be available on eligible checkouts, subject to eligibility and approval. Terms apply. Available payment methods and any financing terms are shown at checkout; availability is not guaranteed.

How do project plans differ from subscriptions?

A project plan spreads a fixed total across an agreed number of payments. A service subscription pays for ongoing work under its own terms. OpsDesk Core remains $97/month; optional guided onboarding is $250 today with the first month of Core included, then $97/month. A payment preference is not financing approval or a purchase.
